The Women’s Tech Forum (WTF) is a grassroots effort focused on connecting women in the cloud, networking, and data center infrastructure industry. Our origin story came from asking two simple questions: “why aren’t there more women in our industry?” and “how come more of us don’t know each other?”Our goal was to create WTF as a women-only community since we strongly believe in creating a safe environment for women to use their voices'; sadly, our professional environments oftentimes don’t allow for that. But we are also excited to gradually open this up to our growing community of allies in the right way since we know we can’t create change on our own. It truly takes a village.
